Architect by profession and recurring patient at the Sumeru Akademiya Teaching Hospital (SATH). She attends weekly appointments in the Endocrinology Department for assistance in administering her HRT shots, after having developed anxiety around needles.
Elegant and chic, Ms. Zahrani's keen eye for aesthetics extends far beyond her impeccable fashion-sense and rosy palette. As a celebrated architect, she devotes her time to her beloved career, slaving away tirelessly at her life's work... Though perfectionism and workaholism are a potent cocktail for stress — and the occasional steamy relationship can provide a volatile, but effective distraction. She's no stranger to such attentions, but maintains high standards, demanding respect above all else... After all, she's brilliant at what she does, attractive in both appearance and presence, and possesses a tender heart, shielded by her pride.
Despite appearances, bonafide confidence doesn't come without struggle... Since her youth, Blossom has felt the weight of expectations — challenged by her own sense of identity, and the doubts and vulnerability which come with feeling like you inhabit a body that isn't really you. For Ms. Zahrani, having an artist's heart may be, at times, a vice... but the art of creation is also a way to freedom: the doorway to authenticity, and one's voice.
Originally a patient of Dr. Abbaszadeh, her kind and charming doctor quickly became an emotional safe space for Blossom, while tending to her at her most vulnerable. But the growing romantic tension between them caused him to abruptly end their doctor-patient relationship, on the ethical grounds of professional responsibility... and while wishing to perhaps pursue something more personal with her. However, thanks to the doctor's overly busy schedule and Blossom's unfortunate history of poorly ended relationships, she misinterpreted this decision as his disinterest in her entirely — leaving her confused and silently aching.
Their miscommunication finally resolves when Kaveh plucks up the courage to confront her, giving them both a chance to express their feelings... Their bond quickly blooms into something warm and intimate.
Following the bad track record of her past failed relationships, Blossom's relationship with Kaveh is a breath of fresh air; the warmth of sunlight breaking through storm clouds — a veritable taste of paradise. After 2 years of committed dating, the two seem the absolute perfect match... Kaveh will stop at nothing to bend over backwards to please his Ms. Zahrani, while Blossom showers him with her sweetest affections. Together, they're happy, loving, and desperately attracted to one another, to an exhilarating degree.
Naturally, it's only a matter of time before the happy couple plan their marriage. It's an exciting affair, and both are eager to begin a new chapter of life together. There’s only one person who disapproves of their union: Alhaitham — Kaveh's closest friend... and, for a brief time, Blossom's confidante and intimate partner. Nonetheless, the to-be-newlyweds are fully smitten with one another, remaining undetered by all else.
